Q. How do we get to Topset Hotel from the airport?
A. We offer private transfer from and to Ercan or Larnaca Airport. Or if you can drive by your self.
Q. Is there a local transport service to Kyrenia?
A. You can get a Dolmus from the main road which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel or taxis.

Q. What are the check in and check out times of the hotel?
A. Check in time is 14.00 o’clock.
Check out time is 11.00 o’clock.
Q. Is there any chance for late check out?
A. If you like to have late check-out please ask the availability to the reception, The late check-out supplement is 15 EURO. If there is any availability, you can either keep your room or we might supply another room for you. Or if you like you can just live your baggage in our baggage keeping room till your pick up time without any charge. Please note that if you do not check-out from your room at 11 o’clock without informing the reception, the 15 EURO late check-out supplement will be automatically charge to your account..

Q. How often will our room be cleaned?
A. Everyday. Mates are working till 15.30 o’clock. Just bring your key to the reception for cleaning.
Q. How often would our towels and linen be changed?
A. Towels everyday, linen every three days.
Q. Do we bring our own linen and towels?
A. No, You can bring your beach towels, or you can rent it from reception with a small charge.
Q. Is there a laundry service?
A. In the village there is a laundry shop, where they can come and collect your laundry and bring it beck with a reasonable prices. For the arrangement please us to the reception.

Q. What time does Breakfast end?
A. 8.00am-10.00am.
Q. What time does evening meal end?
A. In springs, dinner is usually between 19.00 – 20.30 o’clock.
In summer, dinner is usually between 20.00 – 22.00 o’clock.
Q. Is Breakfast Turkish or European?
A. Our Breakfast is Turkish and European (open buffet) style. English breakfast can be served at a small extra charge.
Q. Will the bar be open when we arrive?
A. Usually, bar open till 24.00 o’clock.

A. There are many local restaurants and markets only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance away from Topset Hotel.
Q. Are there nearby beaches?
A. Topset Hotel is situated next to the see. We have our own man made beach. In the village, there are any other beaches which are so close to the hotel.

Q. What is the electricity voltage and how many pin plugs?
A. Electricity is 240 Volts, 3 pin plugs like in the UK.
Q. Do I need any special vaccinations or are there any health issues I should be aware of?
A. As far as we are aware you don't need any special vaccinations but you should always consult your GP on this first. Northern Cyprus is very clean and free from infectious diseases.
Q. Do I need to bring any anti-mosquito machine?
A. If you do allergic or sensitive skin it is advice to bring your own anti-mosquito machine or you can buy one locally in any market.
Q. What we can buy from North Cyprus?
A. Most popular souvenirs include: Copper, silver, bronze and onyx objects. Turkish dolls, and backgammon boards. Jewellery, leather clothes and textiles can be also purchased at low prices. Exports of antiquities are illegal.
Q. What are the working hours of shops?
A. Shops are open between 08.00 -13.00 and 03.30-18.00, but you can find many of them open in the morning and close at 19.00 clock without any break. Super markets are open till 21.30.
